The Company acts in different capacities depending on the type of data being processed.

For Personal Data relating to website visitors, account holders, and marketing interactions — such as contact information, usage data, and cookies collected on gnostra.ai — the Company acts as a Data Controller and determines the purposes and means of processing as described in this Privacy Policy.

For Customer Data processed on behalf of customers in the course of providing the Service — including data ingested through connectors, integrations, or APIs from a customer's own systems — the Company acts as a Data Processor, processing that data on the customer's instructions. A DPA incorporating the requirements of Article 28 GDPR is available upon request for customers whose data includes personal data of EU or UK data subjects. Please contact Us at info@gnostra.ai to request a DPA.

This is the default position for all customers. Enterprise customers who require a flat prohibition on training, or who wish to opt out, may negotiate that position in a signed MSA, which supersedes these Terms for that customer relationship. Please contact Us at info@gnostra.ai to discuss opt-out options.
